By accessing or using HospitalityAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HospitalityAI provides AI-powered tools for hospitality businesses to improve their digital presence, including website analysis, visibility snapshots, content generation, and motion image renders.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and website
• Only submit websites you own or have permission to analyse
• Use generated content responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4. Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All content generated by HospitalityAI is AI-assisted and should be reviewed before use
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content
• Generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose
• You own the rights to use generated content for your business, but we retain the right to use anonymised data to improve our models

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Prices are displayed in GBP and are one-time payments (not subscriptions)
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Access to paid features is granted upon successful payment

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are generally not provided once your report has been generated. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@tryhospitalityai.com. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HospitalityAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any specific business results.

9. Intellectual Property

The HospitalityAI name, logo, and service are proprietary. You may not use our branding without written permission. Content you generate using our tools is yours to use for your business purposes.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
